Canadian OnSite is proud to announce they have recently won the contract for providing the Stat-X First Responder units to BC (British Columbia) Hydro. The first purchase was for 66 units for downtown coverage in the event of manhole fires during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.

BC Hydro was impressed with the Stat-X product, the ease of using, transporting and the extinguishing capabilities. Furthermore, BC Hydro will be hosting a National Conference and will presenting the Stat-X First Responder as the headline for "New Innovations" in power and electric fire suppression.

Currently, a review is being done for placement of electric canisters in their MCC rooms throughout the province.
