Support production by meeting or exceeding scheduled production goals.
Be available for overtime to meet production goals.
Train employees in sub-assembly/assembly procedures.
Perform sub-assembly tasks per established written procedures.
Perform assembly tasks per established written procedures.
Perform igniter assembly per established written procedures.
Pick inventory for required builds.
Build inert units when required.
Notify management of low operating stock levels in a timely manner.
Deliver finished units to the spinning area.
Perform duties at a pace that supports production goals.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Maintain a positive, team oriented attitude at all times.
Perform other tasks (ex: packaging, labeling, polishing) when directed and trained to do so.
Perform daily clean-up activities (taking out trash, boxes and recyclables).
Perform weekly shop clean-up (sweeping, mopping and dusting off work tables).
